The Simpson Prize

NOTE: The Simpson Prize is named for the year that winning students will 'travel'. That is students will enter in 2024 for the "2025 Simpson Prize Competition"

Is a nation-wide competition for Year 9 and 10 students that focuses on the service of Australians in World War 1. The winner, runner up and teacher chaperone from each state will enjoy a three-day trip to Canberra where they will visit several of the capital's museums and institutions and attend the presentation ceremony at Parliament House.*
