Webinars

Teacher Webinars

HTANSW is providing a range of webinars supporting new or recent teachers of Ancient, Modern and general history or those planning to teach history in the future.

Members Only

Webinars will be limited to HTANSW members only (unless otherwise specified). A current year HTANSW member number is required for registration.

Evaluation

To assist us in improving the support and services we provide for teachers, attendees will be emailed a short evaluation to complete after the webinar.

NESA Registration

When an event is NESA endorsed, participants who wish to register NESA accredited hours must provide their NESA number when registering.

Attendance Requirements

  • Webinars are conducted online through Zoom *
  • Join the webinar 10 minutes before the scheduled start time
  • To avoid echo, only one microphone should be in use at any location
  • Presenters have not been asked to provide handouts for these sessions so please ensure that you are prepared to take your own notes

* Participants will need a reliable internet connection and a computer/device that allows access to a microphone, speaker and video. Mobile device users may need to download a Zoom app before joining a meeting.

Webinar Registration

  • Register using the appropriate link in the schedule below (payment by invoice is not possible)
  • Each participant needs to register individually
  • To complete registration you will need a regularly checked email address, a current HTANSW member number and the ability to pay via Credit Card or PayPal (if there is a registration fee)

    To do this:

    • NOTE - Recordings are strictly available for 7 days after the live event only.
