On-demand Curriculum Resource Package (Stage 6)
This package will provide on-demand resources for members only including video tutorials that will help teachers and faculties begin planning for the implementation of the new Stage 6 Ancient and Modern History syllabuses from 2027 (it does not contain material on History Extension).
Please note that this is a separate resource to the HTANSW Stage 4-5 Curriculum Package
The package includes a range of videos and downloadable material specifically designed to help teachers make sense of the new Stage 6 Ancient and Modern History syllabus requirements including topics, concepts and skills, assessment and updates to the HSC examinations. It is not focused on providing in-depth teaching advice on all topics, rather it will help teachers become more familiar with the key components of Stage 6 Ancient and Modern History and how these fit together to form scope and sequences and teaching programs.
Once registered, members will receive a unique login and then be able to access the site and its resources until 31 January 2027 and use/revisit the material when it is convenient.
This resource has been designed to ensure that all our members, regardless of where they are located in the state, can receive access to high-quality programming and teaching advice for the updated curriculum in a flexible manner.
