This resource is designed to support students exploring women (key feature) in Ancient Greece (society) for the ‘Features of Ancient Societies’ component of Year 11 Ancient History in New South Wales. It includes four major sections, each containing a variety of sources and activities to help students develop knowledge and skills relevant to this topic and to the study of Ancient History more generally. It is not expected that students will complete all sections or even all activities within this resource. Instead, they are designed so that teachers or students might select the most relevant or interesting elements at an appropriate level of challenge. It is envisaged that these resources would be used alongside other textbooks, readings and class resources.
