Kate Cameron is a former history teacher of many years' experience and teacher educator, mainly at Macquarie University. She has co-authored several history textbooks and plays an active role in professional learning for teachers, presenting regularly at conferences and HSC Study Days.

Dr Jennifer Lawless is a former history teacher and teacher educator, mainly at the University of Sydney. She was Inspector for HSIE at the Board of Studies, has co-authored several history textbooks and presents regularly at HTANSW events. She currently leads Ancient History tours for Academy Travel.

Isobel Forrester is a teacher of Ancient History with more than 30 years' experience. She has a special interest in Ancient Rome and was a contributing author to HTANSW's first Ancient History Study Guide. Isobel currently teaches at Redeemer Baptist School.

Michelle Kennedy is an experienced history teacher and HSC marker and regular presenter at HTANSW conferences and HSC Study Days. She has contributed to syllabus development and program writing for NESA. She is currently Head of HSIE at North Sydney Girls High School.

Dr Denis Mootz is an archaeological and museum educator at Macquarie University. He is a former history teacher, HSC marker and teacher educator, mainly at the University of NSW. He has contributed to several history textbooks and presents regularly at conferences and HSC Study Days.
