We are excited to announce that all keynote speakers for our State Conference (21-22 Sept) have been booked and the calls for papers will allow us to develop a program over the coming weeks with a great variety of speakers and topics.

 

Keynotes Day One (21 September):

  • Paul Martin (CEO, NESA) – Curriculum reform in NSW
  • Assoc. Prof. Richard Scully (Modern) – Political cartoons of the Interwar Crisis
  • Professor Ronika Power (Ancient) – Archaeology, technology and ethics

 

 Keynotes Day Two (22 September):

  • Professor Grace Karskens – Searching for the real Secret River
  • Professor Roger Markwick (Modern) – War and the making of Stalinism
  • Professor Annie Clarke (Ancient) – The Deep Time History of Australia
