If you lost your User/Login Name, please enter the Email Address you registered with HTANSW, leaving User/Login Name field empty, then click the Send Username button, and your User/Login Name will be sent to your email address.
If you have forgotten your password but know your User/Login Name, please enter these details below along with the email address you registered with HTANSW. A new password will be emailed to that address if your details match those on our database. Or, contact the HTANSW Office.
If you have forgotten both your User/Login Name and Password, then a two-step recovery process is required.
1. Recover your User/Login name by entering the email address you registered with HTANSW in the space provided below. Details of your User/Login Name will be emailed to that address if it matches the details on our database.
2. Return to this page to recover your Password.
