Hay is 725 kilometres from Sydney and the time taken to travel usually precludes us from accessing central study days for our HSC students. It was really fantastic to travel to Sydney for the 2010 HTA Study Days with a group of our students as a result of one of the HTA Remote Subsidy Grants and I’d like to thank the HTA very much, on behalf of these students.
SAPPHIRE COAST ANGLICAN SCHOOL

I am writing to express my deepest appreciation to the HTA for the 2010 Remote Subsidy Grant. I took 5 students to Sydney and because of the generosity of the HTA we were able to extend our visit and stay for two nights. As well as attending the HTA lectures, Modern History students spent time at the Sydney Jewish Museum and the Ancient History students attended a hands-on session at the Nicholson Museum.
