SAPPHIRE COAST ANGLICAN SCHOOL
I am writing to express my deepest appreciation to the HTA for the 2010 Remote Subsidy Grant. I took 5 students to Sydney and because of the generosity of the HTA we were able to extend our visit and stay for two nights. As well as attending the HTA lectures, Modern History students spent time at the Sydney Jewish Museum and the Ancient History students attended a hands-on session at the Nicholson Museum.
Students found the HTA lectures very worth while and were thrilled to immerse themselves in History for two days. It took us 9 hours to travel, each way, coming from the Far South Coast – but the trip is always worth the effort and your financial support this year was very much appreciated.
